Another Gilbert bites the dust. Well, kind of. Steven R. McQueen, who plays Elena’s little bro Jeremy, will no longer be a season regular on ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ the creator, Julie Pelc, revealed.
We’ve seen Jeremy Gilbert die (multiple times) and leave town — but this time, Mystic Falls will officially be in his memories. Steven R. McQueen will be exiting The Vampire Diaries this season on episode 14, and he won’t really be back. So, it’s official — Elena has no family. At all.

Say it ain’t so! As much as Steroline shippers want Stefan and Caroline to get together this season, it doesn’t look like they’ll be sparking up a real romance anytime soon. Sounds like the show is going for a slow build-up — Delena style.

Well, Delena shippers (like me) basically flipped out last night during Damon’s flashback which finally showed us the kissing-in-the-rain moment. However, don’t get your hopes up — it won’t happen again.

Damon (Ian Somerhalder) tried to make Elena (Nina Dobrev) remember how in love they were — but it brought up one of their most romantic times ever. Ever since Damon (Ian Somerhalder)’s return from The Other Side, Elena (Nina Dobrev) has been battling with herself, because she knows she loved him, but has zero feelings for him now.
