‘Vampire Academy’

‘Vampire Academy’ — The story of the ‘Vampire Academy’ lives on thanks to Peacock. The streamer has adapted Richelle Mead’s novel series into a new show that premieres September 15. It stars Sisi Stringer as Rose Hathaway, a guardian-in-training Dhampir, and Daniela Nieves as Lissa Dragomir, a Moroi princess. The ten episode series also stars Kieron Moore as Dimitri and Andre Dae Kim as Christian.

This is the second adaptation of ‘Vampire Academy.’ The first was the 2014 film that starred Zoey Deutch and Lucy Fry. The Peacock show is considered a reboot and fans are so excited for it to premiere. The series’ offical description reads, “In a world of privilege and glamour, two young women’s friendship transcends their strikingly different classes as they prepare to complete their education and enter royal vampire society.
