Tom Hanks is a critically-acclaimed and beloved actor. He’s been praised for performances that are charming, moving, and humorous. He’s been celebrated for a bunch of major roles like in ‘Forrest Gump’, ‘Philadelphia,’ and many more movies. He’s also won over a number of younger fans by voicing Woody in the ‘Toy Story’ movies. His performances have earned him the nickname ‘America’s Dad,’ due to his lovable nature.

While he may be ‘America’s dad,’ he’s a real dad to four adult children. He shares his elder kids Colin Hanks and Elizabeth Hanks, with his ex-wife Samantha Lewes. With his wife Rita Wilson, he has two more sons: Chet and Truman. Just like their dad, almost of all of his kids have gotten into the entertainment industry, aside from Elizabeth, who’s a writer.
