The 2023 event, held in New York on April 26, 2023, predictably featured the most luminous celebs and dignitaries of the year, lining up on the red carpet to remind the public of just exactly why each of them are so influential.

Here, reality TV star and fashion maven Kim Kardashian arrives, seemingly solo, to the event wearing a stunning white slip dress with a mermaid cut. She accessorized with layered necklaces and carried a stylish mini handbag, while letting her famous dark brunette locks hang straight around her shoulders. Specifically, she wore s Messika High Jewelry custom made necklace/jewelry belt with a 17 carats pear shaped diamond, styled with the iconics Concorde and Toi & Moi ring.
