Sofia Richie was born on August 24, 1998 to music legend Lionel Richie and Diane Alexander. Her godfather is the late Michael Jackson. Through her father, she Sofia is the younger half sister to Nicole Richie. As a child, Sofia trained musically but eventually decided to pursue a career as a model at the age of 14. She started with a feature in Teen Vogue, and from there, landed her first contract with Mary Grace Swim. Sofia, who then signed to Select Model Management, has since appeared in many campaigns for brands like Chanel, D&G, Michael Kors and more. She began dating Scott Disick in May 2017, at the age of 18.
