Kim has made it an art form. Take this sexy mermaid costume that she wore to the Midori Green party in 2012, held in New York City, for example. She sparkled in the cleavage-baring shell bra and skintight skirt. And it’s impressive that she was even able to party in that thing, never mind walk around in it.
