His films have grossed over $14 billion dollars at the box office. In addition to Marvel, Robert is known for his work in ‘Chaplin’ and ‘Tropic Thunder.’ He’s been nominated for two Oscars and has won two Golden Globes, one for his role in ‘Sherlock Holmes’ and the other for his role on ‘Ally McBeal.’ During the early parts of his career, RDJ struggled with drug and alcohol addiction. He went to prison for nearly a year in 1999 after violating his probation. The actor has since gotten sober. He is married to Susan Downey, and they have two kids together.
