Ray Stevenson: Photos Of The Late Actor — Ray Stevenson was an actor known for his work in ‘Thor’, ‘Star Wars’, ‘Punisher: War Zone’, and more. News of his death was confirmed by CNN on May 22, 2023, about one day following his passing in Italy. At this time, no official cause of death has been released by his rep or his family.

The late 58-year-old was born in Lisburn, United Kingdom, in May 1964. He landed his breakout role in ‘Punisher: War Zone’ in 2008 and later had continued success in other works. Most recently, he was cast in the ‘Star Wars’ animated spinoff series, ‘Ahsoka,’ alongside actress Rosario Dawson.

Although Ray was no longer married at the time of his death in May 2023, he was previously married to ‘Bridgerton’ star Ruth Gemmell. Ruth and her ex were married from 1997 to 2005 and did not welcome children together. Most recently, he was involved with anthropologist Elisabetta Caraccia. Ray and Elisabetta welcomed two sons, Sebastiano and Leonardo.
