Randy Jackson is best know for his long running gig as a judge on ‘American Idol,’ which he held from 2002-2013. He also produced ‘America’s Best Dance Crew,’ which ran from 2008-2015, and is currently the bandleader on the revival of ‘Name That Tune.’ He has three children across two past marriages, and the record exec has been open over the years about his battle with type 2 diabetes.
The Baton Rouge, Louisiana native has also publicly battled his weight — and since a surgery kickstarted his weight loss in 2003, he’s lost an impressive 114 pounds, maintaining that loss through sheer dedication and hard work.
