For the past six years, the ARDYs (A Radio Disney Music Celebration), was known as the Radio Disney Music Awards. ‘Descendants 3’ and ‘Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists’ star Sofia Carson hosted the star-studded event. Steve Aoki served as the show’s DJ. Avril Lavigne, Lovelytheband, Meg Donnelly, Fetty Wap, Tori Kelly, and Andy Grammer performed. BTS took home the Global Phenom Award. Tori performed a cover of ‘Part of Your World’ from ‘The Little Mermaid.’ JD McCrary and Shahadi Wright Joseph from the live-action ‘The Lion King’ sang ‘I Just Can’t Wait To Be King.’ The show aired June 16.
