Park got her big break in acting when she was cast in her first romantic comedy drama ever called ‘What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.’ She starred alongside heartthrob Park Seo-joon as his love interest in 2018. This was perhaps the fan-favorite role of hers, as she plays a secretary who gets romantically involved with a narcissistic executive.
Before the South Korea native became a big, successful movie star, she took smaller roles in other dramas, such as ‘City Hunter’ (2011),’ ‘Healer’ (2014), ‘Braveness of the Ming’ (2016), and ‘A New Leaf’ (2014).
Her talents haven’t gone unrecognized either. Today, she has racked up several awards, including the 2014 Excellent Actress (medium-length drama) Award and the Best Couple Award for her role in ‘Healer.’ She also won the Excellent Actress (medium-length drama) Award a few years earlier in 2011, thanks to her work in ‘Glory Jane.’
