Nicole Miller Spring 2016 NYFW Show: See Photos — The Nicole Miller Spring Summer 2016 during New York Fashion Week on Sept. 11, 2015, was full of surprises. While Nicole usually opts for edgy pieces, she swayed in a different direction for this collection and went with more feminine pieces with a hint of grunge. There was a whole lot of sheer on the runway, mixed with sophisticated silhouettes of trousers and blouses. One of our favorite looks was a pair of high-waisted loose-fitting white wide-leg trousers paired with a sheer floral button-down top with short sleeves. Another one of our favorites was a skintight high-waisted mini skirt with a high-neck bold patterned short-sleeve top tucked in. As for dresses, Nicole stuck to her edgier ways when she designed a skintight three-quarter sleeve black midi dress with a deep V-neckline and cutouts on the side of the waist while bold colored stripes decorated the sides of the skirt.
