After meeting when Nick hosted Miss USA in 2013, the youngest Jonas Brother and celebrated model dated for two years, breaking up in 2015. At the time, it was the longest relationship to date for Nick, who had previously dated other Disney darlings like Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez.

As we know, after their split, Nick went on to fall in love with his now wife, Priyanka Chopra. Meanwhile, Olivia has been snuggled up to running back for the Carolina Panthers Christian McCaffrey since summer 2019.
