‘Million Dollar Listing LA’ — ‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ returns for season 12 on June 16. The agents coming back for the new season include Josh Flagg, Josh Altman, Tracy Tutor, James Harris, and David Parnes. Fredrik Eklund of ‘Million Dollar Listing New York’ stirs up major drama between the agents when he comes to Los Angeles. This season, real estate rival Josh Altman and Josh Flagg team up for a record-breaking sale. However, this doesn’t come without drama. They end up on opposite sides of the negotiating table. As for Tracy, she faces off with a demanding developer, co-lists a historic Hollywood party pad with Altman, and even travels to Arizona, but she faces her biggest real estate challenge yet when she puts her own Brentwood home on the market. James and David venture out to Pasadena to sell a mid-century gem, then to Santa Monica for a double lot, and finally list a 20-million-dollar East Coast traditional in a quiet celebrity enclave.
