Well, the time has come. We have finally (and excitedly) carefully curated a special gallery solely dedicated to Michelle Obama’s biceps! (Seriously, they are beautiful and we need to pay them more attention). Boss Michelle Obama (as the Fifth Harmony ladies so graciously put it in that one song of theirs) has certainly got many accomplishments to be proud of, and her toned arms are definitely on that long list.
The former first lady has opened up about her work out routine in the past and is a constant advocate of exercise, health, and self care. She has even so generously shared videos on her Instagram during her work outs to show just how she sculpts those perfect biceps of hers. Much of her work out consists of medicine balls and yoga classes… BRB, heading to the gym right now!
