Stars On Memorial Day — Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden and Jill Biden depart after placing a wreath at the Delaware Memorial Bridge Veterans Memorial Park in New Castle. The couple both sported protective black face masks for the occasion, following CDC guidelines to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus. Joe wore a black blazer and a tie with the Presidential seal for the ocassion, while wife Jill twinned in a classic black sheath dress with white piping.

Although many stay-at-home and quarantine orders are still in effect, many stars stepped out for some fresh air on Memorial Day! Hailey Baldwin showed off her style in a cute pink short outfit while getting coffee with friends, while husband Justin Bieber got in a game of basketball.
