Margaret Mary “Maggie” Nichols is an American collegiate artistic gymnast for the University of Oklahoma. The Little Canada, Minnesota native got her start in the competitive world of sports in 2013 when she joined the national team in March. Then, she was selected to represent the United States at the City of Jesolo Trophy and the Germany-Romania-USA Friendly.
She proved to be a great asset when she finished first, as well as sixth in the all-around at the City of Jesolo Trophy. In addition, she won a silver medal on the floor exercise.
Some other international competitions she had the pleasure of representing the United States in includes the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships and the USA Gymnastics National Championships. She won an individual bronze medal on floor exercise in the former and won a silver medal in the all-around in the latter.
