The year 2015 was a big year for celebrity pregnancies! Some of the biggest stars — including Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton — were expecting babies this year. This was actually the second time that Kate and Kim were pregnant at the same time. Back in 2013, they both welcomed their first children, as Kim gave birth to North West in June and Kate gave birth to Prince George in July of that year.
