Jenny from the Block loves a good high-waisted yoga pants and sports bra combo, which she sometimes switches out with a hoodie or a gym-friendly turtleneck. These pieces are often cropped, and for good reason — JLo has rock-hard abs that deserve to feel the sunlight!

JLo was especially looking toned and strong in 2019, thanks to her work on ‘Hustlers.’ The movie, which features strippers scamming Wall Street clients during the financial crisis, called for many pole dancing scenes. That meant JLo had to learn pole dancing ASAP, which is arguably one of the most physically demanding dance forms. She got to work on the pool four months before production even began!
