Elton John’s Oscar Party 2022: Photos Of All The Stars — It’s the biggest night in Hollywood – and one of the biggest parties will take place at West Hollywood Part. The Elton John AIDS Foundation 30th Annual Academy Award party resumes after a year of being virtual. Put together by Elton John and his husband, David Furnish, the 2022 edition of the event will feature a performance by Brandi Carlile, and appearances by some of your favorite celebrities.

While there will plenty of A-list stars at the event, the ‘Crocodile Rock’ singer will not attend – marking the first time in the Elton John Oscars Viewing party history that Elton himself will not be there. ‘[It breaks my heart but I can’t be there, because it’s an event that means so much to us,’ Elton John said during a virtual interview with ‘Good Morning America.’ Elton will instead be in the glamorous locale of Lincoln, Nebraska, performing a show at the Pinnacle Bank Arena as part of his pandemic-postponed Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. Elton will spend the night with 12,000 die-hard fans, who only have eyes for the Rocketman.
