She booked her first modeling gig at 29 years old as the face of Estee Lauder, and although she was replaced in 2001 by Carolyn Murphy, she continues to model for the brand non-exclusively and appears in other ad campaigns as well. As far as acting goes, Liz landed her first role in the 1987 film “Aria. She later received accolades for her role as Vanessa Kensington in ‘Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.’ Other projects of hers include ‘Bedazzled,’ ‘Double Whammy’ and ‘The Royals.’

Liz is an ageless beauty who can also be seen rocking plenty of swimsuits on her Instagram account. But it’s not without reason; she runs her own line of swimwear, Elizabeth Hurley Beach.
