Draymond Green is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors. The National Basketball Association (NBA) player originally got his start in the game at Michigan State, where he earned the title “Sixth Man of the Year” as a sophomore and was then honored with the title “NABC National Player of the Year” as a senior. While in college, he also helped his team, the Spartans, earn two Final Four appearances and a Big Ten Tournament championship in 2012. Later that year, he was drafted 35th overall in the 2012 NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors.
Today, he primarily plays in the power forward position for one of the most thriving basketball teams in the world. To date, he has become a three-time NBA champion and a three-time NBA All-Star. In 2017, he even won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year.
