‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ New York Screening: Photos — Ready for some mindbending? The second ‘Doctor Strange’ film is here and fans couldn’t be more excited. Set to premiere on May 6, 2022, ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ follows Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) after he casts a forbidden spell that opens the doorway to a multiverse that includes several alternate versions of himself. The space-bending spell proves a threat to humanity, so Strange, Wong (Benedict Wong) and and Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen). The movie already premiered in LA, but the gang was happy to get back together for a May 5 screening of the film in New York.
