Deborah Anne Mazar Corcos was born on August 13, 1964 and got her acting career started in the early 1990s in Goodfellas. She appeared in a string of films and television shows, eventually landing leads on both L.A. Law and Civil Wars, before joining the cast of HBO’s Entourage.

Prior to hitting it big, Debi befriended Madonna in the early days of the singer’s career. Mazar worked at the Danceteria nightclub in the ’80s when Madonna was then an aspiring singer. Mazar also did makeup on the side, which lead to the two ladies working together on a music video for Madonna. Notably, Debi did Madge’s makeup for the videos “Papa Don’t Preach,” “True Blue,” “Deeper and Deeper” and “Music” in addition to also appearing in all of them.
