If you are not the biggest sports fan out there, then the name Carlos Javier Correa Oppenheimer probably isn’t the most familiar to you. But luckily, you have us to give you this quick introduction!
Carlos Correa (which he more popularly goes by) is a Puerto Rican professional baseball shortstop for the Houston Astros. The Major League player was impressively selected the first overall selection of the 2012 MLB draft.
Three years later, he won the American League’s Rookie of the Year Award. That was just the first of his many achievements, however. He has also won the World Baseball Classic and the AL Player of the Month Award (in May 2017). And, was lastly named an MLB All-Star.
His wife Daniella Rodriguez has quite the fan base and list of achievements herself. She is a public speaker, vlogger… oh yeah, and not to mention, she was crowned Miss Texas USA in 2016 and Miss Texas Teen in 2013.
