Model Christie Brinkley’s Sexiest Photos — Model and actress Christie Brinkley gained recognition in the late 1970s as a ‘Sports Illustrated’ icon, appearing on three consecutive covers of the magazine between 1979 and 1981 — an unprecedented feat at the time. She has since made her mark in film and TV, starring in 1983’s ‘National Lampoon’s Vacation’ and headlining her series ‘Christie Brinkley Beauty’, which offers supermodel skin and haircare secrets.

In her late 60s, Christie continued to break barriers, making her ‘Sports Illustrated’ return at the age of 63 with daughters Alexa Ray and Sailor Lee in 2017. In the accompanying interview, the veteran model reflected on ageism in the industry — and reminded everyone that women don’t come with expiration dates.

“In a country that’s very ageist, people love to put you in little boxes — women feel very limited by their numbers,” she said. “On a personal level, I thought, if I can pull this off, I think it will help redefine those numbers and remove some of the fear of aging.” On Instagram, she thanked SI “for sending the powerful message that good things come in packages of every size and we do not come with an expiration date.”
