It’s still possible to exercise, in order to de-stress and stay healthy while practicing social distancing, and that’s exactly what these celebs are doing! Reese has been spotted in the great outdoors on more than one occasion. She’s been seen out with her kids and going on solo runs near her California home. On one outing, Reese sported an all-black ensemble with a long sleeve sweatshirt and fitted black leggings. She also wore a baseball cap and sunglasses in case the beaming sun obstructed her view. On another occasion, Reese and her look-a-like daughter, Ava Phillippe, went for a jog near their home to get their endorphins going!
The Bachelorette star Tyler Cameron was spotted jogging in Miami — sans shirt — on March 18, 2020. The former reality TV favorite put his physique on display by showing off his glistening abs that were super sweaty as he ran with an equally attractive friend in Florida. His pal, who got in a good workout right behind him, also looked pretty incredible in a pair of very, very short shorts and a grey top where his bulging muscles could be seen from miles away. Kate Hudson was spotted in a relaxed ensemble while going for a stroll at the onset of the pandemic on March 27, 2020. The Almost Famous star wore a sweater, T-shirt, and loose fitting white joggers with flip flops for her relaxing walk. Kate also wore a pair of sunglasses and kept her hair down during her excursion. The actress was on her own for her stroll, but nevertheless got a healthy dose of Vitamin D, worked her muscles, and gave herself a much-needed mental health break during her walk.Another star who’s adopted healthier eating habits in quarantine is Kim Kardashian. She went on a plant-based diet and started doing a lot more pilates with sis Kourtney Kardashian. The mother of four continues to document her healthy lifestyle on social media, and of course, we’re lingering on her every post!
