Shain Gandee (born in 1991 in Sissonville, West Virgina) was described by MTV as sociable and loyal. He was his high school’s Prom King, even though he missed the dance because he had to work. Shain’s been a coal miner and a garbage man — as long as he is using his hands, he’s happy. Most recently, he became a reality star with the debut of Buckwild on MTV. Shain loved mudding, hunting and four-wheeling, but most of all he loved his parents, who lived three doors down from him.
