Sasha Banks

Bio:
Sasha Banks (born Mercedes Kaestner-Varnado in Fairfield, California on January 26, 1992) is an American WWE wrestler and current WWE Women’s Champion. Sasha began her wrestling career at Chaotic Wrestling in Massachusetts in 2008. She made her in-ring debut in 2010 in an intergender tag team match. In December 2011, Sasha won the Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Championship and defended her title to become the longest reigning Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Champion in history. She ended her reign in August 2012 when she signed with WWE. Sasha was assigned to WWE developmental territory WWE NXT, where she made her television debut in December 2012 in a match against Paige. On February 11, 2013, Sasha won the NXT Women’s Championship and retained her championship until she lost to Bayley, ending her reign at 192 days. In July 2015, she made her Raw debut with Charlotte and Becky Lynch. On July 19, 2016, Sasha was drafted to Raw at the WWE Draft, and on the July 25 episode, she defeated Charlotte to win her first WWE Women’s Championship.

Personal Life:
Sasha Banks is the first cousin of Snoop Dogg, who apparently helped her develop her in-rink character. She has said Eddie Guerrero is her favorite wrestler.
