Reese Witherspoon (born March 22, 1976 as Laura Jeanne Reese Witherspoon) is an American actress, and a film and television producer. She cruised into our hearts to the tune of “Bittersweet Symphony” in Cruel Intentions, and we cheered her on as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, proving to those Harvard snobs that lawyers could be adorably cute and incredibly intelligent, all at the same time. Reese never forgets her roots, keeping her Southern charm in all of her performances, like Sweet Home Alabama and her Oscar-winning role as June Carter in Walk the Line.

Reese married her Cruel Intentions co-star, Ryan Phillippe, in 1999, and they have two children together, Ava Elizabeth and Deacon. The couple divorced in 2007. She got remarried in 2011 to talent agent Jim Toth, and the couple has one son together, Tennessee James Toth.
