Nnamdi Asomugha (born Nnamdi Asomugha in Lafayette, Louisiana on July 6, 1981) is a cornerback in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers. He’s also played for the Oakland Raiders and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Best Known For:
Nnamdi Asomugha is best known for being married to Kerry Washington. The two are expecting their first child together. Nnamdi’s also appeared in episodes of The Game, Friday Night Lights, Leverage, and Funny or Die. He appeared on the big screen in Fire with Fire starring Bruce Willis, and starred in and produced his own short film, Double Negative.
Personal Life:
Nnamdi Asomugha is of Nigerian descent and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in corporate finance. Kerry and Nnamdi tied the knot on June 24 in Idaho. Kerry’s pregnancy news was revealed on Oct. 30.
