Natasha Lyonne (born Natasha Bianca Lyonne Braunstein on April 4, 1979 in New York City) is an American Actress. Natasha spent the first eight years of her life in Great Neck, New York, before her parents moved to Israel. She lived there for a year and a half until her parents divorced, and she returned to America with her brother and her mother. Natasha enrolled in a private Jewish school, where she excelled at her studies but was expelled for selling marijuana at school. She followed her mother down to Miami, where she graduated from Miami Country Day School before she returned to New York. Natasha acted since she was six years old. One of her earliest role was that of Opal on Pee-Wee’s Playhouse. Her biggest role came when she appeared in Woody Allen’s Everyone Says I Love You. She starred in almost 30 films over the next 10 years, including Detroit Rock City, Kate and Leopold, Party Monster and But I’m a Cheerleader. She had a recurring role as Jessica in the American Pie film series. Natasha landed the role of Nicky Nichols in the Netflix original series, Orange Is The New Black. Her work with this show netted her a Primetime Emmy nomination in 2014.

Personal Life:
In 2001, Natasha was arrested for a DUI, after driving her rental car into a Miami Beach sidewalk and hitting a road sign. In 2003, she was evicted by her landlord, actor Michael Rapaport. In 2004, she was arrested after verbally threatening her neighbor. Beth suffered a heart infection, a collapsed lung and an outbreak of hepatitis C. She has been romantically linked to Fred Armisen.
