Bio:
Matt Davis (born Matthew W. Davis on May 8, 1978 in Salt Lake City, Utah) is an American actor who you may recognize from his first lead role in Legally Blonde, playing Reese Witherspoon‘s jerk of a boyfriend, Warner. Matt has also starred on the big screen in Blue Crush, Tigerland and Into The Sun. However, in 2006, he moved over to TV in his own ABC series, What About Brian. It was only on for a season, but in 2009 he headed to The CW and became a supporting character on The Vampire Diaries from 09-12. In 2014, he returned.

Matt Davis married Leelee Sobieski in 2008, but the two did not work and they split less than a year later.

The April 26 episode of The Vampire Diaries more than made up for this season’s uneven quality by delivering an incredible hour that took everything to the next level. Not only did Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) love triangle become pointier than ever, but we’ve got ourselves a new Big Bad in Mystic Falls — and I’m kind of terrified to see how it all plays out.

After what felt like the longest month of my life, The Vampire Diaries returned with a new episode March 15 — and it was so full of mystery solving that I half-expected the Scooby Gang to roll into town. It was also full of flashbacks to 1912, which helped Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) solve the most crucial mystery of all: the identity of the Mystic Falls serial killer!
