Joey King (born Joey Lynn King in Los Angeles, California on July 30, 1999) is an American actress. At a very young age, Joey began guest starring in a number of television series, including the Ghost Whisperer, CSI, and The Disney Channel’s original series, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. In 2010, Joey gained attention for her first lead role in Ramona and Beezus opposite of Selena Gomez. Other films she’s acted in include, Independence Day: Resurgence, White House Down, The Conjuring, Christopher Nolan’s third Batman, and The Dark Knight Rises.

Best Known For:
Joey is best known for playing Romana Quimby in the 2010 film, Ramona and Beezus. She also gained notoriety for playing Emily Cale, Channing Tatum’s daughter in White House Down.

Personal Life:
Joey King has two older sisters – one of which, Hunter King, is a two-time Emmy winner.
