Bio:
Glenn Frey (Born Glenn Lewis Frey on November 6, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan) was one of the founding members of rock band The Eagles, who played guitar, piano and keyboards for the band. He was a singer, songwriter, musician and producer; after the Eagles broke up in 1980, he embarked on a successful solo career. With the Eagles, Glenn won six Grammy Awards and five American Music Awards. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. Additionally, Glenn was an actor known for Miami Vice and Jerry Maguire. He wrote music for film soundtracks as well.

Personal Life:
Glenn passed away on January 18, 2016, after succumbing to Rheumatoid Arthritis, Acute Ulcerative Colitis and Pneumonia after undergoing intestinal surgery. He left behind a wife, Cindy McMillian, to whom he was married since 1990. Glenn was married once before, to Janie Beggs, from 1983-1988.
