Danica Patrick (born Danica Sue Patrick in Beloit, Wisconsin on March 25 1982) is an American auto racing driver, model and advertising spokeswoman. She is the most successful woman in the history of American open-wheel racing, and she is the only woman to win a race in the IndyCar Series.
Danica was named the Rookie of the Year for both the 2005 Indianapolis 500 and the 2005 IndyCar Series season. With her win in the 2008 Indy Japan 300, Patrick became the first woman to win an Indy car race.
In 2010, Patrick began racing in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. On February 17, 2013, Danica became the first woman to win a pole position in Sprint Cup history, doing so for the 2013 Daytona 500.

Personal Life:
Danica married her therapist Paul Edward Hospenthal in 2005, but they separated in 2012. She started dating 2-time NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion Ricky Stenhouse Jr in January 2013.
