Barbara Corcoran (born March 10, 1949 in Edgewater, NJ) is an American businesswoman, investor, speaker and TV personality. She is a “Shark” investor on ABC’s Shark Tank show. Barbara is a columnist for More Magazine, The Daily Review and Rebook, and has also authored several books. She is also a business consultant for many shows such as Larry King Live.

Personal Life:
Barbara lives in Manhattan with her second husband Bill Higgins. In 2014, she announced that one of her children was a seven-year-old adopted daughter. She has a son who is in his twenties.
