Anthony Hamilton (born on January 28, 1971 in Charlotte, North Carolina) is an American singer. Anthony is a Grammy Award-winning R&B singer-songwriter and a producer. He rose to fame with his second-studio album Comin’ from Where I’m From in 2003. He has been nominated for 16 Grammy awards. Most recently, Anthony went on a national tour with Fantasia.
Best Known For:
Anthony is best known for his song “Freedom” from the soundtrack of Django Unchained, sung with Elayna Boynton.
Personal Life:
Anthony married Tarsha McMillan in 2005. Anthony is the father to six sons. He and Tarsha announced their divorce in June 2015 after ten years of marriage.
