Is there anything this woman can’t do? Kourtney Kardashian made acrobatic pilates look like a piece of cake while showing off her skills in her Instagram Stories on December 20. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 41, may be ultra petite, but she exerted incredible strength while burning through her early morning workout. Check her flexing in the video below!

Seriously, look at that form. Kourtney’s casual morning workout consists of some intense aerial moves that give her abs a major workout. The POOSH founder holds herself up with straps on her hands and feet on a reformer machine, and uses her core to do crunches midair. She’s even upside down at one point! Honestly, our abs are aching at home just from watching this unfold online.

Pilates is Kourtney’s go-to for keeping her body toned and her stomach flat. The mother of three is hardcore about her workouts, and makes it a family affair, too. Sister Kim Kardashian, 40, was actually in the studio with Kourtney while she recorded this video. The sisters’ trainer, Don-A-Matrix, recently gave HollywoodLife the EXCLUSIVE scoop on what Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe do during a typical routine.

It’s all about resistance bands, Don-A-Matrix says, which is great news considering gyms are still closed due to the pandemic. “I’m a big proponent of using resistance bands in your workouts, and that’s easy enough to use at home as long as you have space to work out in,” he said. “Resistance bands are a great way to get a full-body workout anywhere on the go – it allows you to sculpt and strengthen your core, chest, arms, legs, and back.” Add healthy eating to that, and you’ll be unstoppable!
