Joseph Baena knows how to pose for the camera, and he gave his 260K Instagram followers a tutorial on his moves on December 14! In the video, the 23-year-old bodybuilder flexed his bulging biceps and posed just like his dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger, did during his prime. Joseph transitioned between three different poses with total ease, making the entire process look totally effortless.

“Teaching the boys a lesson in posing,” Joseph began the caption to his post. “Side chest or the 3/4 pose will always be my favorites. What are yours?” Joseph has seriously been perfecting his posing skills, as evidenced by the many pictures he shares on social media. Of course, fans cannot get over how much Joseph looks like his father while putting in the work.
In fact, on more than one occasion, Joseph has looked like the spitting image of his dad! In a November 30 post that he shared to Instagram, Joseph put his own spin on the “how it started vs how it’s going” meme. The first image in the carousel post featured Joseph as a youngster, while the second photo was a grow-up Joseph flexing his sculpted muscles for the camera.
Of course, these posts are nothing new for Joseph. The handsome young man has been following in his father’s footsteps for some time now, and he absolutely loves sharing his progress with his many social media followers. We cannot wait to see what Joseph shares and posts next!
