After years of drama, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has finally moved on from Jen Harley — his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his daughter, Ariana — on this season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Now, Pauly D, Vinny Guadagnino and the rest of Ronnie’s castmates are ready to help him find love again. On the upcoming Dec. 3 episode of Jersey Shore, the group sets up a ‘dating show’ for Ronnie, and HollywoodLife has an EXCLUSIVE preview of them breaking the news to him.

“I think today’s going to be an awesome day, but I don’t know how Ronnie’s going to react when we finally tell him we’re doing a dating show,” Deena Cortese admitted. “I don’t know if he’s going to be excited or if he’s going to be nervous. He’s definitely going to be nervous.”

Over a family breakfast, Deena spilled the tea about the dating show, and Ronnie was in shock. However, the guys assured him that this was going to work out. “You’ve got a 50/50 shot here!” Vinny explained. “The dating show worked out for [Pauly], it didn’t work out for me. Those are good odds. Those are the best odds you’ve had in a long time.” (Vinny and Pauly previously appeared on Double Shot At Love, where Pauly met his girlfriend, Nikki Hall). Pauly added, “Leave it up to us. We’ve got you covered. We got some serious contenders.”

Ronnie admittedly wasn’t sure if he trusted everybody to find him the love of his life, but Vinny and Pauly insisted that they knew exactly what they were looking for. “[We’re looking] for something different,” Pauly told Ron. “Something quality. You need a good girl now. Play time’s over.”

“This is me nervous, scared, frightened, but hopefully there’s a good outcome,” Ronnie concluded in the clip. We’ll see how it plays out when the new episode of Jersey Shore airs on Dec. 3 at 8:00 p.m. on MTV.
