Chris Pratt is really going to need Chris Hemsworth to tone it down. After Hemsworth posted a jaw-dropping photo of himself casually pushing a giant tire around, showing off his insane arm muscles, Pratt asked him if he could cool it with the gym sessions. After all, the Marvel heroes are about to star in Thor: Love and Thunder together.

“Hey bud. Just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop working out because since we’re gonna be in the same movie and everything,” Pratt, 41, jokingly commented on the November 21 Instagram post. “He doesn’t want me to stand next to you if you look like that, so I’m gonna need you to put on 25 lbs real quick cool thanks.” Hemsworth, 37, shot back with a cheeky comment of his own.

“Don’t worry mate, we can just both use the same fancy filter that’s been applied here,” the actor wrote. “It’s called instashred.” Hemsworth, who plays Thor (duh), looks undoubtedly ripped in his workout photo. But it’s not as if Pratt’s schlubby. Pratt, who returns as Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Star Lord in the fourth Thor movie, is absolutely shredded — not just for his Marvel films, but for the Jurassic World flicks, too.

Pratt was clearly hoping that Thor would continue looking like he did in Avengers: Endgame. In order to portray Thor as deeply apathetic and depressed post-Thanos “snap,” Hemsworth donned a fat suit, mangled beard, and dirty hair. And that’s how he looked at the end of the film, when he (SPOILER) flew off with Star Lord and the Guardians for their next journey. Clearly, Thor has a major makeover between then and now.
