Rebel Wilson is continuing to flaunt her best body ever as she’s lost over 40 pounds in 2020 and seems to have kept going. While she has been regularly seen in tight leggings and t-shirts while going on her long daily hikes, her mid-section is now so trim that she’s showing it off in crop tops. The 40-year-old actress donned a black sports bra with matching black leggings in a Nov. 17 Instagram photo, where her shrinking bare waistline was so evident.

Rebel could be seen standing next to a lake with mountains in the background in the IG snap, as she used a filter to show colorful bursts of light radiating off of her body. Her slimmed down face was visible with her mask protection pulled down around her neck, while she had a large set of headphones on.
The Pitch Perfect star admitted in the photo’s caption that she wasn’t having the greatest of days until she got outdoors for some sunshine and a long hike. “Started off having a bad day but took myself on a giant walk, listening to some motivational podcasts & audiobooks (currently @antmiddleton The Fear Bubble) out in gorgeous nature…drank water…and you know what feel soooo much better now. We all have tough days but take a beat, take a nap and then get back out there and continue to crush,” she wrote to help motivate her followers.
Rebel just revealed how much changing her diet helped slim down her figure in 2020. “Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” the Australian-born actress told PEOPLE in a new interview. According to U.S. government dietary guidelines, the average number of calories a woman Rebel’s age should be eating is 1,800 per day to not gain any extra weight. “So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.”
But Rebs isn’t depriving herself completely. “I’m just trying to go for overall balance, overall healthy balance. I have this state of being, which is not my quote, but I go ‘Nothing is forbidden.’ We’ll be like, ‘Should we get In-N-Out burger?’ And I’m like, ‘Nothing is forbidden.’ I can go there, I just might eat half of what I used to eat before. You know? And I’ll have a burger, and a few fries, and then you feel fine,” she told the publication.
