It’s no secret celebrities are constantly the target of faux pregnancy rumors. And while occasionally the reports turn out true, USUALLY, these poor stars are just victims of unflattering paparazzi shots or — gasp — wearing a baggy t-shirt! Looking back though, some of these wild rumors are pretty hilarious though, I mean, Taylor Swift, 27, pregnant with Harry Style‘s, 23, baby? REALLY? So for those insane rumors you’ve long forgotten about, join us in remembering 18 celebrities who were quote-unquote pregnant at some point. Because food baby or not, Hollywood is clearly unforgiving when it comes to women’s bodies.

Whenever a woman celebrity puts on some weight, the baby rumor mill evidently starts churning. Unfortunately, Rihanna, 29, is dealing with that nonsense right now. After pics surfaced of the singer rocking a fuller-than-usual figure, fans started speculating that she’s with child. But HollywoodLife.com set the baseless accusations straight. “Rihanna isn’t pregnant, sorry to disappoint everyone, but, nope. She has something going on, but it’s private,” a Rihanna insider told us EXCLUSIVELY. “The speculation is tough for Rihanna. But, she knows she’ll be back to her regular self soon enough.” Way to stay above the rumors, RiRi!

Jennifer Aniston, 48, has also been bombarded with false pregnancy reports. And of course, not one of them has ever turned out to be true. One of the wildest instances occurred last June when she was spotted in NYC strategically hiding her stomach on multiple occasions. Of course that automatically means she’s pregnant, right? But similar to Rihanna, the actress has learned to — for the most part — shrug off these hurtful rumors. “For the record, I am not pregnant,” she wrote in an essay for The Huffington Post in July 2016. “What I am is fed up. I’m fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of ‘journalism,’ the ‘First Amendment’ and ‘celebrity news.’”

Some celebrities, however, like Gwen Stefani, 47, and Taylor, are accused of being pregnant not because they seem to have a baby bump, but simply because they’re in a relationship. Yes, it’s gotten THAT ridiculous. Remember back in 2012 when Tay first went public about dating Harry? Well, low and behold, the two were all of a sudden expecting a baby according to certain tabloids. Same with Gwen after she and Blake Shelton, 40, announced they were dating. Now, every other week Gwen’s pregnant and on the cover of a magazine!
