Congratulations are in order for stunning model Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel! The beauty, 33, took to Instagram to show off her brand new bling from Evan, 26, which included a custom Snapchat filter, (of course!), and also gave us a close look at her gorgeous engagement ring! Her brand new bling features a round solitaire diamond, flanked by baguettes on each side — it’s classic and chic, just like Miranda.
Celeb jeweler Shari Fabrikant of Robert Fabrikant Inc. in NYC weighed in on the design, saying, “This a very classic ring, elegant and simple. It is a round brilliant cut around, 4cts. It is set in a beautiful Platinum mounting with a tapered Baguette on each side. The stone appears to be very good quality. If it’s a f color VS1 it would cost approximately $150,000.”
Evan popped the question after a little over a year of dating and presented Miranda with the gorgeous ring, which features a timeless solitaire diamond. We’re loving her traditional new bling. She uploaded the photo to share the special news with her fans, displaying the ring in black-and-white, allowing the fun Snapchat filter of the proposal to really pop — but there’s no distracting from the diamond on her ring finger!
The pair first stepped out as a couple in June 2015 — and now they’re headed down the aisle! While they’ve been dating a little over a year, Evan and Miranda first met in 2014 at a dinner for Louis Vuitton and became friends before their romance blossomed. We can’t wait to see what the Aussie model wears on the big day.
