“I’d love to open for [Justin] Bieber it would be awesome, that would definitely be the crowd I would want to play to,” Christina revealed in an interview with Pop Crush. The interview went live on June 7, just days before she was shot and killed while signing autographs for her devoted fans on Friday night, June 10, in Orlando, Florida. UPDATE: Christina’s killer has been identified. Details HERE.
Christina also expressed interest in working with other young artists during the interview. “Someone like Ariana [Grande] or maybe One Direction, you know, if I had the dream tour,” she shared. Sadly, her dream tour will never be realized now that she’s gone.
Christina was touring with Before You Exit as their opening act when she was killed by an unidentified gunman. When the gunman opened fire on Christina, her brother, Marcus, tackled him to try and stop him before it was too late. During their struggle, the gunman shot himself to end his own life. Christina was rushed to the hospital where she later passed away, leaving her family, friends, and fans absolutely heartbroken.
