With the loss of the music legend still fresh and painful, it’s perfectly understandable that the purple one is on the minds of everyone at the music festival — including the guys from Guns N’ Roses. That’s why they want to pay tribute to their fellow ’80s rock star!

The source also told us that there will be a ton of other bands and artists paying tribute to the iconic singer at Coachella, though they didn’t divulge who those acts may be. Paint that whole festival purple! So many have already paid their respects to Prince in the grandest of ways. Rihanna dedicated “Diamonds” to him at her Anti Tour show in Calgary on April 21, and it was beautiful! The casts of Broadway shows Hamilton and The Color Purple took their own spins on Prince classics. Love it!
