Khloe was serious as a heart attack. She told Snoop that friends come and go, but family is forever. She explained to him that the meme hurt Caitlyn deeply because she considered him a dear friend of the family.”
“Snoop obliged and called Cait,” the insider continued. “He told he he was stupid for doing what he did and apologized. He complimented her too, telling her she looks fly in all her paparazzi shots.” What a relief that he followed through with this gesture and (hopefully!) made peace with Cait. Snoop was absolutely brutal toward Caitlyn after she came out publicly after her transition in June 2015 on the cover of Vanity Fair. He posted two transphobic memes, including one calling her a “science project.” Another meme insulted the entire transgender community: the picture wasn’t of Caitlyn, but another individual who wasn’t as well off of Caitlyn, and read “WHEN YOUR MONEY AIN’T BRUCE JENNER LONG. …..” (i.e. they couldn’t afford the medicine or plastic surgery that Caitlyn could). How disgusting!
It’s wonderful that Snoop has apologized to Caitlyn, especially if he’s been a family friend. That’s an incredibly awful way to treat someone! And it’s relieving to hear that Khloe made that apology happen before letting Snoop join her on the show; it would have been heartbreaking if Cait found out that Khloe was fraternizing with her enemy!
