Gwen Stefani Goes Country In Cowgirl Costume — Inspired By Blake Shelton?

Who knew that the queen of ska could look so good going country! Gwen Stefani hit up a Halloween party looking like the prettiest little cowgirl in the south. Does a certain cowboy she know from 'The Voice' have anything to do with her choice? Gwen Stefani, 46, combined sinister and sweet to become a blood-spattered cowgirl at George Clooney's Halloween bash on October 30. Gwen showed up solo to the party, but it certainly looks like she had someone on her mind: her own cowboy, Blake Shelton. Was there inspiration between this costume choice?

No matter what she’s wearing, Gwen always looks absolutely flawless. The “Used to Love You” singer rocked a colorful cowgirl getup for the Casamigos Tequila Halloween party, and added a little something extra to the ensemble: a healthy smattering of blood! Hey, it’s Halloween, after all. You might as well get spooky while you can.

Gwen wore a cute blue sundress (very Dorothy, no?), topped with a pink plaid apron and bright orange tulle skirt underneath. Only Gwen could pull off wearing yellow tights and pink, sunflower-patterened cowboy boots and still look sexy! Her look was finished off with a brown braided pigtail wig and a straw cowboy hat. Adorable, even if she was going for a little scare with the blood!

Now we have to hear what Blake thought of this perfect little country getup! He must be dying after seeing her in costume! Was Gwen dressing as a cowgirl to convey a message about her rumored romance, or was this just a happy coincidence? When asked by Entertainment Tonight about the rumors that she and Blake are dating, Gwen demurred. But when the topic came up of Blake’s painful divorce, she cheerfully had this to say: “It seems like the cowboy’s really happy on the show…I’ve noticed that.

So Gwen, is the cowgirl really happy too?
