The three biggest stars of KUWTK reportedly met with the head of the Kardashian family to discuss the show’s future, according to a report in the Aug. 24 issue of Life&Style magazine. During this alleged meeting, they reportedly told their mother that they were quitting! “It’s not like Kim, Khloe and Kylie don’t want to be on television anymore,” an inside source told Life&Style. “They just don’t want to do Keeping Up With the Kardashians or its spinoffs.” Yikes!
Of course, this didn’t sit well with Kris, who reportedly flipped out at their alleged decision. “Kris begged them all to stay, even for one more season. But they told her that they all feel the franchise has run its course,” the insider told Life&Style, adding that “They each have their own individual reasons [for quitting,] and all of them are through with the show.”
Kim is reportedly looking to make a name for herself away from the show, and husband Kanye West reportedly thinks doing KUWTK is beneath her. Khloe allegedly blames the show for destroying her marriage with Lamar Odom, according to the report. As for Kylie, she reportedly would much rather hang out with friends than work on KUWTK, the insider tells Life&Style. Plus, now that she’s an adult, “she’s ready to expand her horizons. She might even go into business with Tyga,” the source says.
Wow. If Kim and her sisters reportedly want to leave the show, what does this mean for the $100 million dollar, four year deal that they signed with E! in February? The contract ensured that KUWTK would be on the air for four more seasons, but that might reportedly be four seasons too much for Kim, Khloe and Kylie.
